Day of Coordinating

This is by far our most popular package. For those who have done most of the wedding planning yourself, pass the baton to us to ensure that your hard work comes together stress free and without a hitch!

  • Unlimited Consultations via Telephone and Email

  • 3 In-person consultations at a location of your choice

  • Advice and suggestions for vendors via phone or email

  • Development of detailed ceremony and reception timeline

  • Communicate with all vendors a month prior to wedding date

  • Become primary contact for vendors on day of wedding

  • Run the onsight ceremony rehearsal

  • Be the first person on sight and remain on sight until all vendors are cleared to ensure proper clean up with the venue manager

  • Day of assistant coordinator to assist during wedding

  • Direction of wedding decor and set up of venue to your specifications 

  • Dispersing of all necessary vendor tips, thank you letters, etc. 

  • Make sure all gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, cake top, etc get safely to your desired suite or car

Full Service Planning and Design

We understand wedding planning is a lot of work - a full time job really! If you are looking for someone to help you with every aspect of the wedding planning process - this fully customizable package is definitely the package for you!

A La Carte

No wedding is exactly alike and we understand that at times you just need a little help here and there. Below are a few of the A la Cart services we provide! Don’t see the thing you need help with? Please don’t hesitate to ask. We are “yes” people.

Seating Arrangement and Venue Floor Plan $200

Work with you to create detailed floor plan and seating arrangement for ceremony and reception. Design layout in 2D rendering to be shared with all vendors.

Sustainability Consultation $150

Executing sustainable weddings and events is my love language. I have a breadth of knowledge on vendors and tips to make your wedding day as sustainable, eco friendly and ethically sourced as possible. I'd be happy to get together with you to provide resources, vendor suggestions, and a specific plan of action for your wedding journey.

Design Elements and Vendor Consultation (please contact for pricing):

Have an in-person meeting early on in your planning stages to talk through and advise on all design elements of your wedding and connect you with the appropriate vendors. Collaborate on mood board to assist your vendors in executing vision.

Dream about having a destination weddings? An intimate ceremony? An off the grid exchange of vows but don’t know where to begin? Elopements will always have a special place in my heart. They are intimate and really tap into the root of the love exchanged. Every elopement is so unique so I tailor packages depending on what you need assistance with.
